- Treat service professionals respectfully and safely.

- Do not misuse, abuse, threaten, or harass any worker or platform representative.
4. Service Professional Responsibilities
- Provide genuine personal, identity, and work-related information.
- Accept only those bookings that can be completed professionally.
- Reach the customer location on time.
- Maintain professional conduct and safety standards.
- Do not overcharge, mislead, or directly misuse customer information.
5. Bookings and Service Availability
Service bookings are subject to location, time slot, worker availability, service category, and operational conditions. Working Hands may accept, reject, reschedule, or cancel any booking due to unavoidable reasons.
6. Pricing and Payments
Prices shown on the platform may vary depending on service type, work complexity, location, spare parts, material usage, inspection, and additional customer requirements. Final charges may be confirmed before or after inspection by the assigned professional.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refund approval depends on payment status, booking status, service progress, and verification by the Working Hands team.
8. Platform Role
Working Hands acts as a facilitator between customers and service professionals. We try to verify professionals and maintain service quality, but the actual service is performed by the assigned service professional.
9. Prohibited Activities
- Providing false information.
- Using the platform for illegal or harmful activities.
- Bypassing Working Hands to make direct unauthorized deals.
- Uploading harmful code, spam, or misleading content.
- Damaging the platform, brand reputation, customers, or workers.
10. Reviews and Feedback
Customers may submit ratings, reviews, and feedback based on their service experience. Working Hands may remove fake, abusive, offensive, or misleading reviews.
11. Limitation of Liability
Working Hands shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or personal losses arising from service delays, customer misconduct, worker misconduct, incorrect information, third-party failure, or circumstances beyond our control.
